What a great day we had at Little Beauty Market! After a tonne of rain in the lead up there were lots of happy marketgoers and stallholders – and dogs! - with the sunshine out all day.
We loved meeting our first Cactus Revival customers and fellow stallholders. Thanks to all the kids who commented enthusiastically on our pieces. A shout out to the Dad who bought his son the polar bear t-shirt - I’m taking note to make some more trophy patches in larger sizes!
I could have spent ages talking to Nicola of Pizzly Pages, who sells beautiful old papers and vintage ephemera for journaling. Just looking at the items at her stall made me smile.
To keep us fuelled we hit the food stalls with an absolute highlight being the cinnamon doughnuts. We loved being entertained all day by Maxipop2020 – brothers Max and Hank. We even met Santa!
Cactus Revival has been in the works for some time, so it was fantastic to officially launch it into the world and to hear our growing community’s feedback. Thank you to all of you who came along and supported us!
Next up, we’re preparing for Emu Plains Market this weekend. We’re looking forward to meeting more of you and more fellow stallholders at this beautiful market under the Stringybarks. We’re rapt that the forecast is looking fine after being rained out last time.
We hope you’re all managing ok as the end of the year draws closer; it’s been a big one so remember to be kind to yourselves and embrace ‘the perfectly imperfect’.
Can’t wait to meet some more of you at Balnarring on Saturday.
